Access 24 * 7 to Applied Industrial Logic's support forums, this includes our Premium Forum where questions can be posted with a response being made within 2 working days*. The forum is available for questions, issues and general OpenQuote discussions. It is fully searchable so all historic posts can be used for future reference.

Email Support

Support email address for more urgent issues, or issues not suitable for the forum. 1 working day response*.

Telephone Support

Support telephone number for critical issues, or issues where forum or email is not appropriate.

Personal Account Manager

A specific contact whom you can contact regarding any questions or issues. Available in office hours only.

OpenQuote Hosting

Applied Industrial Logic can host OpenQuote for you on our servers. We will take care of backing up your system, performing system updates and system maintenance. Applied Industrial Logic is also covered by professional indemnity insurance for your protection.
