Developed by a partnership between web design specialists Eonic Limited and insurance software house Applied Industrial Logic Limited, the site utilises the latest software technology to enable the delivery of new insurance products to market quickly and efficiently.

Eonic have been working closely with Applied Industrial Logic, becoming the first company to be awarded OpenQuote certification, obtaining both hosting and insurance product developer certifications.

OpenSourceInsurance.org launches today, a new site designed to catalogue all insurance related open source software.

The OpenQuote development project is now hosted by SourceForge. SourceForge host over 100,000 projects making it the worlds number one resource for open source. OpenQuote can be found in the finacial category, however the project has put in a request to the SourceForge team for an insurance category added.
MultiQuote Goes Open Source

Applied Industrial Logic (AIL) today announced that its insurance product MultiQuote is to be donated to the open source community. AIL will play an active role and dedicate their entire team to the continued development of this software.
